Honestly, did anyone think otherwise? Nuclear power, gradually enforcing cleaner auto emissions and spreading prosperity throughout the world would do more than anything else to reduce emissions that might POSSIBLY be responsible for the tiny fraction of temperature increase, tiny fraction. In the past 20 years, the increase is within the margin of error, a fact conveniently left out.
So why are the members of climate religion so against those things? I think you know the answer.

So,.. to "change" or "transform", is to "destroy"?...
I changed and transformed my bike... making it look better, run better, more reliable, more comfortable, and easier to work on,...
I guess I destroyed it...

Its sorta like the argument re: abortion.
It really is not about a "woman's" right.
We saw this with exclusion of pro life women, from a pro woman's march, in DC.
It is about world population control, by those elitist, who want to choose their neighbors, as the "warming" planets dies.
Hitler would be so proud.

“This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the Industrial Revolution.”

Nobody I know has made such an assertion. The Carbon Tax push can only be brought to reality through creating a hysteria, building up a fear, because Change is detectable. Have we affected things? Surely we have. Is ALL the change due to our existence? If not, what part? And if CO2 is so detrimental, why do greenhouse operators pump it into their plant? What would be reasonable to expect if CO2 were to increase? Plants grow, USE the CO2, and create more oxygen?
Can we Try to be rational?

Gosh, Wonder who she would call,
if someone would break into her home,
and say they are going to rape her.
Perhaps her POV, would change at that moment ?

I cannot find a direct transcript that indicates anything about global warming being a hoax in her eyes. She does indicate that in her opinion, overpopulation is heating up the world. Apparently (but I did not read the direct quote) she also thinks capitalism is bad for the planet's ecology. Again, perhaps because capitalism supports growth which she seems to be against.??
