How can this stuff really be attributed to Trump?

I will MAYBE hazard a guess business feels more comfortable with a businessman setting the agenda than a social organizer, but that really doesn't explain it all.
I know timing, the luck of, or bad luck, often is just being in the right, or wrong, place, to reap, or to catch blame...

What are your guys thoughts on why manufacturing seems to be returning to the headlines?
