I look at that, this way.
The person, making that art,
has Every right, to make that art.
However, a Person, has the SAME, ‘right’,
to, or not to, hang such, art for display!
BOTH, are covered by the little thing called the 1st Amendment.
I Also like Photos/paintings, of dogs, wildlife.
But WOE Be it to, ANYBODY, who tells me,
I, HAVE TO, hang, (or not hang), something from, Calder, which I can make in 2 minuets, in my garage.
Now, for the, ‘Paul Harvey’,
That, ‘art’ hung in a public place,
(Wait, it is Not, a Public Place)
"... artwork to hanging in the Cannon Office Building tunnel that connects the Capitol with members’ legislative offices. ..."
Anyway, if it was a ‘public Place’, does it represent the views, of the, ‘Tax Paying Citizens’, or the, ‘Gimmie Gimmie people. ?
Just recently, in Minn, Governer Goofy, (‘er, Dayton),
Wanted to BAN, the 150 Year Old Panting, depicting the Minn View of the. ‘Civil War’.
After restoration of the Capital.
Was that, ‘Censorship’; by Gov Goofy, ?
Was it, ‘Re-Righting’, History. ?
Or was it to, ’satisfy’, 12 people, that, ‘Protested’ ???
