I put two weights on it to see how much weight it could bear. One weight was 45 lbs and the other was 35lbs. I held both of them together.

Whoa, that is a lot of hauling capacity!  Nice fabbing skills.

So, is all the stress going to be down in the square holes where the sissy bar mounts (circled in red)?  Wondering if you should add a strut to another bolt on the side rails for support.
Also, be careful when you load that up.  Your tail/brake light will most likely be invisible.  How about a flashing LED brake light up on the sissy bar?

You mught find that your friends now ask you if you can help them move house!

One consideration though is if there is a lot of weight that far past the rear axle, you may find the steering become lighter as the bike acts like a balance beam.

On that note, might wanna consider some heavy duty shocks.

I've never seen anything like it.
Sometimes there's a reason for that.

I was going to write a "danger/warning" comment like the others did - then I realized you are only teasing us.

You really wouldn't load this oversize rack up and attempt to ride it....would you? Huh

I drilled two holes on the side of that metal bar and bolted it down to the fender for some extra support(its kinda hard for y'all  to see where i did this on the photo). Then I placed the sissy bar into the pre-made slots and welded it to the bike(back fender). The luggage rack was then welded to the sissy bar. No I didn't plan on carrying 80 pounds but I was surprised that the luggage rack was that durable. I only made it that size so I could have plenty of space to tie down an acoustic guitar and luggage bag on the back for when I go on the road. The max I'll probably be carrying at any given time will probably be no more than 15-20 pounds. But should I ever carry more I think I will do a shock upgrade.

I was also a little concerned with the brake light and I think I will install one on the sissy bar near the top so it can be in clear view.
