6 People, each with 100.00, sit at a table and play.
They Each Take turns, dealing.
(Their is no,  ‘Rake’, from the pot)
Each goes home a  Looser.
Your  RIGHT,  NOT   POSSIBLE   !!!!

Now, 6 people, each with 100.00,
and a designated dealer,
The designated Dealer does not play, but takes a bit of a, ‘rake’, from the pot, for Dealing.
It,   IS,   Possible, for the 6 to go home, in the hole !

So here is the Question.
Of ALL  the Countries, who are in Debt.`
 ‘WHO, is  Taking the, ‘Rake’,.  ????
