I haven't read all of it yet but so far it is very interesting.  I thought it was interesting that a passenger reduced risk so much.  It must mean that we all ride more responsibly when someone else is at risk.  Thanks for posting the links.

I don't like having a passenger, period. I have done it, and I am well aware OF the person and My responsibility For that person and yes, everything about how I ride changed when someone was riding.
