First: Diamonds, (gems/gold/silver/etc),  in a  Jewelry store.
Is a  70 -80%  Mark up.
(You pay, $1,000.00 for a  piece, the Store paid, $200.00 - $300.00 for it)

Second: That  Jewelry Store, has 1,000's of pieces,
They Bought and Paid For, (or  Borrowed  the money, and are Paying for the Money)
They have a  Very nice, ’shop’.  (What do they pay for rent ?)
They have several  fixtures, showcases, safes. (What did they pay for them ?)
They have  Several  Employees. (What do they Pay them ?)
They buy Advertising, Insurance, pay, heat, light, etc etc etc)

Now,  here is  the, ‘Catch’.

YOU   CHOOSE,  to buy that, ‘Diamond”
CHOOSE TO,    NOT    FORCED   !!!!!!!
