As long as those batteries aren't reclaimed from Samsung Note 7's, I'd be willing to take it for a spin.

Does anybody know that it weighs?  The battery pack looks huge -but it may not be as heavy as it looks.

It really is an ugly beast. It reminds me of a bicycle that has been converted into a motorbike by stuffing a Briggs and Stratton engine in the frame.

Motorcyclists are drawn to the aesthetics of bikes because it says something about who they are. The builder of this machine is clearly saying "it's the technology that matters, not my comfort".

Not my cup of tea, but I always dig it when someone tries something different. A bit of Tupperware to hide the batteries and you wouldn't know what was under there.
Love to try it. Electric motors have some serious low end grunt.

I'm surprised he was able to make it to "2nd base" with a bike like that!

I ran the numbers on the zero sr motorcycle... about 20 years to break even up front cost vs. gas savings.
At that point the battery should go belly up.

I can tell you one thing.......that bike would be a horrible bike to ride in the rain!  My Cafe' seat extends over the rear wheel to about where the axle is, and it still throws water on my backside.

Ride this bike in the rain, and it could function as an electric bidet!   Shocked

He's in New Orleans so rain is no problem.
When it rains, he's under water.
