Reality  Again.

A  Nephew, is  a  newly minted,  ‘Lineman’, for a local   Elect  Power  Corp.
He called me the other day,  and offered, a, ‘ Working  Yard  Light’.
(Many rural people have a dusk/dawn,  ‘Yard’,  light)

The  Power Company was  replacing the  ‘old’,   “Meter  SPINNING”,  yard lights,
Which were on,  ‘Contract’,  for a  Fixed  amount,  regardless of the Elect  Cost.

So, they are,  Taking down, the,  ‘Contract’ ones, (which make  the Meter  SPIN),  and replacing them with a  LED ones, which uses,  80+%,   LESS,  electricity.   AND    Raising the,  Contract  Price,   Because it is ‘ New”.

Now, the, ‘workers’, are,  ‘Allowed’,  to  GIVE,  the  ‘METER SPINNING’, ones  Away, for  FREE !

Great   Decision,  on the Pencil Pushers.
Great Decision of  the rural  Elect  Co-op.

Not a  Problem at all.

The   Problem is:
The  DFI’s  who,  Believe,
(AKA,   Ultra-Liberal,  Gimme, Gimme’s)
Because, they  DO NOT KNOW,
That  spending 100.00 +/-   up front,
For a  ’New’ one, and paying 80+%  LESS,  Elect.
Will  PAY, for itself, in about 1.5 Years.
 THEN,  it is  Free.

Not getting a,  ‘FREE’,  METER   SPINNING,  One.

Those, are the People  the Dems, are, After.
Those are the people, that,  ‘BELIEVE’.
Because, their,  ‘Eyes’,  are  NOT,  Open !  
They, ‘got a deal’.       LOOOOOO

I have no idea what political ideology might or might not have to do with decision making

The number of people, who can easily, ’see’  that a $100.00 light that costs  .50 a month to run, is so much a better deal than a,  Free Lite, that cost 5.00 a month to run.

Those people, are spattered around all parties.  

But their is  One party, which seek a  certain kind, want’s them, looks for them, depends on them, imports them, and encourages them,
to believe, the, ‘FREE’, light is better.
And that is who,  Votes for them.
