It could be a bit of a problem for any one that carries a passenger, as the pipe is really close to the rear pegs and they will likely burn their shoes (or leg) on the muffler.

Mac stuff is usually pretty loud because their mufflers are pretty minimal. The 2 into 1 on my Honda CX500 is downright raspy. The ad states that it doesn't interfere with side and center stands. COOL! I always wanted a center stand for my Savage.

It is a 2 wall pipe like the stock one is....so the outer pipe is 2" like the stock header, and the inner one is most likely very close to the inner pipe size on the stock one....around 1-1/4".

I'm not looking to gain much performance, I just want a new pipe, and this one just happened to catch my eye, I'd also like a little more volume than what I have now.
