Why don't you READ what you post?

"all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof."

If a woman has a baby in your house, just exactly what JURISDICTION do you have over HER child?

Is she Your Wife? No.
Daughter? No
Relative of any kind? No.

So, why is Jurisdiction CONFERRED upon the baby of a foreign national?

What happens when a tourist has a baby in America?
Do we just Claim that baby?

You people don't do your own thinking.
You parrot CRAP that politicians have shoved down your throat.

ju·ris·dic·tion
ˌjo͝orəsˈdikSH(ə)n/
noun
the official power to make legal decisions and judgments.
"federal courts had no jurisdiction over the case"
synonyms:      authority, control, power, dominion, rule, administration, command, sway, leadership, sovereignty, hegemony
"an area under French jurisdiction"
the extent of the power to make legal decisions and judgments.
"the claim will be within the jurisdiction of the industrial tribunal"
a system of law courts; a judicature.

It's hilarious watching the same people who are so confused by

the right of the People to keep and bear arms

are suddenly Constitutional scholars when we, as a nation, are supposed to comit societal suicide..

Does anybody actually believe the Founders intended to suckle the babes of illegals and pay for it?
How STUPID do people think they were?

well, in 2015 the USA took in 69,933  for a country of 370 million

so, what are you trying to teach us again?

and the ceiling or 2017 is 110,000, for about the same 370 million people

what exactly is your problem or do you just really, really like playing Chicken little?

Do you pretend to be stupid, or is your grasp on reality really that blind?

Chicken Little you cite.....

Do you read the news?
They are already running stories that the Trump campaign has damaged America, with dire prediction if elected....

Have you started to shave yet?

I got a simpler answer. No  Muslims. None. Ever. Problem solved.
See how easy that was?

that's unconstitutional, based on religion, and quite bigoted on your part too, but not surprising, and if that's you're perspective, might as well kick all the white people out now too, since they kill a lot more than muslims ever have, but that'd be unconstitutional too, based on race. but it'd make us a TON more safer than just stopping muslim refugees

There is nothing even remotely unconstitutional about immigration laws designed to protect this nation (or any other nation for that matter} from potential or actual undesirables and denying them entry regardless of religion, ethnicity, or any other criteria,. That is the prerogative of any sovereign nation that wishes to remain one. Every nation on the planet does exactly that according to it's judgement of what is in its best interest.

Discrimination against individuals or groups who openly advocate doing you harm - ie Islamists - is not bigotry. It's just common sense.

Your comment about white people is just nonsense. Humans of all colors and races have been slaughtering one another with impunity since they crawled out of the swamp. If you are interested in surviving, either as an individual or as a country, it is prudent to try to identify folks who are liable to do that, and keep them away from you to the best of your ability.

Yes, I can admit it, can you?

I don't have to call you a name, lump you together with a extremely loose association, and then pretend I am superior, before I dismiss your challenge it total.

Sound familiar?

Your ABC and CNN have already accused Trump of stuff he hasn't even had the opportunity to do yet....

Get real, then we can talk.
