It's not considered hail until it can bend the sheet metal on a F-150.

Yep, as safe as it can be.
The Boston Whaler ( the smaller one, all open inside like a skiff ) was plugged with water yesterday as it was full off pine/fir needles, cones, small branches, that kept it from draining...
I cleared it all out, but I didn't cover it, water doesn't hurt that boat, well duh....
Unless it gets into the electrical/controls, which is very minimal on that boat, a starting battery, and running lights, is all it has.

YIKES, I have heard of it killing cattle, mercy...

They are saying game on, its off the coast of Oregon and heading our way right now. South winds expose us to the most danger, as we lose the Olympic Mountains to hide us from the northwestern storms that are typical winter stuff.
I lost trees on my property last time we got this kind of storm, but none to the house/structure.
They are telling us to be prepared for a couple of days with no power.

I am as ready as I can be. The event is from noon till 10PM.
