How fast is too fast??

When I went to the dragon recently I spoke to the person in the next cabin over one evening. They said they have been riding since 92' and have never had a ticket. They said on the interstate they go 80 mph when travelling and have never been pulled over. Perhaps some of the LEOs can offer some insight or anyone else. How fast is too fast when it comes to getting speeding tickets.....

I generally drive 5-7 mph over the speed limit on the major highways, and it has never seemed to bother anyone.

Eastern states have a zero tolerance stand. So the official line over there is to travel 5 under the limit just in case.
