In aviation we kill a few people a year with miss-fueling accidents.
Not the likely cause in your case however.

Any 12v battery will be ok. The only change is the amps which don't make any difference.
In your case I don't suspect the battery. It must be something else.

I have seen Die-Easy batteries go open circuit but in very case the car continued to run until it was shut off.

I don't think a bad battery can do much until you shut down.
Maybe somebody else can chime in. But the alternator should keep the voltage up and keep the engine running.

Check the groundings, like the kickstand circuit, etc

Motorcycle batteries are crap and can die suddenly. I had a plate fail that shut down my bike like a switch.

Leave the battery in the truck to make life a little easier. Hook up your jumper cables but
DO NOT
start the truck! If the truck battery starts to run down (after cranking the bike for a while), unhook the bike and let the truck's alternator charge the truck's battery for a few minutes. You do not want the truck's alternator putting juice into the bike!
