Trump posed the question, in general, why is the Black race still suffering social, and economic, disparities, when the democrats have promised them, for decades, they would repair these issues.

Its a fair question, I believe.

If you want to blame the conservatives, please give a reference to their policies they've enacted, no talking points, please, that the democrats were not able to thwart, and why that contributed to the Black race problems.

Even if that was the case, blaming white conservative/republicans, then why are they not embracing Clinton?

Something else is up, I believe.

I think it has more to do with the media giving her a pass, etc.

They collectively want accountability, as in these cop shootings, etc.

And it is similar to the anti-voters, anti-establishment, voters, Trump is picking up, by default, for Clinton is the poster child of all that has been wrong with a system that pretty much caters to, and panders to, the wealthy.
