The list is a long one. Many R1s and R6s and others. My new pad sets are $26. I do have quite a few slightly used but good condition pads available at a lower cost. Email me if you are interested. svbota@hotmail.com

You know better than to ask a manufacturer who their suppliers are. Sorry it's still a business.

I didn't ask of the part number, just the brand and type (sintered, organic, etc). Want to know if they are the real thing like EBC, not some unbranded petrified buffalo droppings on fly paper from the Sum Flung Dung brake pad company in China.

I second that. I'm very happy with my kit and the braking performance is much improved.

Bump.

The front brake of the Savage is weak point. And a safety concern. The brake fades almost immediately and there is little feedback at the lever (it feels lifeless or wooden). The BBK improves stopping distance and brake feel. More importantly brake fade is eliminated so you get consistent stops (not one good one...and the next is twice as long no matter how hard you squeeze).

After good (properly inflated) tires, Shawn's BBK is the second most important safety upgrade for the Savage. If you have ever had an "Oh Sh*t" moment with your brake - then this is the kit for you.
