OK, makes sense to me.  I've done everything to my bike as what's on your signature.  Except, 3-washers.  I'm at 2.  I'll add a washer as I clean out the carb, adjust the mix screw and see how it goes.  I can always go back in and swap to a 50 if I have to.  Thanks Kris!

No problem. The jet needle/needle jet controls around 1/4 to 3/4 throttle, give or take. If you lean it out with 1 more washer, you should at least get rid of the black smoke...hopefully.
