Millions of Muslims live peacefully among us.
Let us be vigilant, but not afraid.

Millions upon MILLIONS of inanimate objects exist harmlessly among us. It's just a few nutjobs who use them for evil .

Let's be in fear and ban them.

Democrats are able to hold very different approaches to very similar situations.

The Muslim Not doing evil is an invitation to more.
The gun used wrongly is reason to ban them all.

But I shouldn't be confused by their superior thinking.

that's not my take on it, some democrats and liberals feel that way sure, not me.

I don't have a problem with guns, I think the "Let us be vigilant, but not afraid." line works for both things just fine.

but you know, you're just the same only in reverse, a gun not being wrongly used means all of them are okay and everyone should have one, while ONE muslim does something horrible and it's BAN THEM ALL!

so, what makes you superior? your lack of consistency is better that their lack of consistency?

Web, all guns are bad, period.....
That is the liberal reasoning.
They wrap their arguments with extremist views, re: partial birth abortion restrictions is equivent to a total ban on abortions again and would bring out coat hangers and dark alleys....

Re: immigration from Muslim regions. How would you go about vetting these folks?

what is the current way of vetting them??  anyone know?

I would like to know too, but it's odd our government can't be as good as businesses who sell products over the Internet. Give them bad data and it only takes seconds for them to not make a sell...
However, I get a little spooked thinking big brother would honor and protect our identity without using it themselves, the current batch of IRS pukes come to mind....
I don't think they are just letting anybody in without some sort of identity.
Those who say they have none, because of some circumstances, surely they fingerprint them, etc, and start a new identity process in them I would hope....

Also, there are over 3 MILLION muslims in America right now, that haven't done anything, but you make sarcastic/disrespectful fun of the whole religion.

The real culprit, AS ALWAYS is extremism, fundamentalism, regardless of whether it's religion, nationalism. socialism, capitalism, etc..., destruction is the curse of EXTREMISM, everything in moderation

What are you; retarded or something? If the real culprit is AS ALWAYS extremism, and everyone keeps telling me these Muslims attacking and killing us are extremist and don't represent the wonderful, peaceful Islam, then why bring MORE extremist in? And everyone knows, including the FBI, if we bring in large numbers from these nations currently being overrun by one group of Muslims slaughtering another group, there will be extremist hidden within. No one disputes that. And the fact we just granted citizenship to 900 by mistake, the idea we can vet them is a joke.

I read this morning that one of Trump's kids posted a tweet with a big bowl of Skittles with some kind of comment saying "3 of these are bad, but go ahead and eat the whole bowl" something like that. Now a bunch liberal crybabies smell blood in the water and are unleashing their main stream media partners to cry about being offended so that will be the "news"  all day long...

EDIT thanks to pg, SINCE 9/11/2001

dude, ALL THE TERRORISTS THAT HAVE ACTED IN THE US ARE FROM THE US, most were BORN HERE. not 1st generation immigrants to here. they BECAME extremists HERE

oh and the skittles thing, if it was about bombs okay, but refugees are people, people who could be KILLED while we doddle about fretting about our vetting process.

I agree we need to clean up OUR ACT first but let's not blame THEM for OUR incompetency

According to authorities, all of the hijackers who committed the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks were foreigners. All of them entered the country legally on a temporary visa, mostly tourist visas with entry permits for six months.  Although four of them attended flight school in the United States, only one is known to have entered on an appropriate visa for such study, and one entered on an F-1 student visa.  Besides the four pilots, all but one of the terrorists entered the United States only once and had been in the country for only three to five months before the attacks.

You want to import people who are not able to become Americans. One day you who are clamoring for them to be imported will be sorry, but it's gonna be too late.

Too late to see how a believer in Christ doesn't buy the tripe and threat of Satan.....but even in the darkest days pays tribute to, and witnesses the loving grace of Jesus.....
With the hope other sheep in the flock of creation find truth in a dying and finite world?

Is that what you mean?

I disagree bro.
If it was easy, it wouldn't be edifying, just another sales pitch of false hope.
