I can probably get it done, but thought I might get a better idea if I looked at how others solved the headlight buzz.
Went to Technical, looked up headlight and headlamp buzz and rattle, different ways.. no joy.

I Need to be able to find stuff without someone finding THE thread and posting a link..

So, clues on how to use the search would be great.
Maybe it's something that should Be the first line?
And, Justin Case I am just not smart enough to get what I need, a link to the
How to fix the Headlight rattle
would be Ever so Appreciated.

Hi JOG,

Here's 2 I found in the tech section index under lights:

http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?num=1186192038/12#12

http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?num=1287787382/0#0

Click the search button in the row of buttons (Home, Forum, Search)
Put in what you want to search for then select the forum/s you want the search to cover. You can search just the subject or the body or subject and body of posts. The line that says "This post was made in the last" is very important.  It defaults to 'week'. Change it to year or all posts unless you know for sure it was in the last week.
Then hit search.

If there is an uncommon word in the post and you search for it, it makes it very easy to find.  If everything is common, it will be harder.
Hope this helps you out some.  Searching is sometimes almost an art picking the right words to get the desired results.  Too many terms and you end up finding nothing. Not enough or too common terms and you will get just about everything.  You've just gotta strike a balance and that seems to come from practice more than enything else.

Well grasshopper, you've been here long enough to know how to use the search tool, so it must be your kindle.

And I know you have googlefoose so instead of dealing with whatever issue kindle has with the search tool, use google.

all you got to do is add 'site:suzukisavage.com' to the search bar.

Also, there are multiple reasons for headlight rattle.
internal wires will rattle and the glass works will rattle.

make sure the wires inside are secured by the tie down or add one.

I stuffed tubing in between the frame and the bezel to stop the rattle.

Tie wrapped the clump of wires tight to the big piece and ran a strip of elek trickle tape around the inside of the bucket. Tapping on it after the skruze were in sounded dead. I Think I won.
Find out tomorrow.
