No, it's for people who twist the obvious and pretend it means what they want it to mean.
I can disagree with what someone believes and not see them as intellectually dishonest. But when they pretend that Hillary Didn't use the concussion as an Excuse and then turn right around and say that questioning her health is a conspiracy theory, well, crap, come on,, you can disagree with me about the conclusions based on the facts, but let's at least Use the same facts.

Because of the concussion I don't remember.
So, it's up to the people to come to their own conclusions.
I look at the fact that it Is vague. The concussion should have been either the reason or not the reason.
How does anyone in such a position of responsibility To protect sensitive information Not remember briefings that Teach HOW to properly secure and protect that information?

So, exactly what do we know?

She says she has no recollection of the briefings.
She says she thought a C meant paragraph C,in spite of the Obvious Fact that there was no A paragraph or B paragraph
AND the absolute nonsensical notion that anyone would use the alphabet to denote paragraphs. It's limited to 26,,
Why would ANYONE believe such a lame excuse?

That's not all, I've said it before.. It's not soaking in.
