Underage drinking is banned.
Drinking and driving is banned.
Flying an airplane and drinking is......
Even boating now it's banned.
Or laws regulating their use.
Does it stop folk?
I say it stops the ones who would also not use their guns to kill, rob, or get sex with.....
However, I think I could overlook that if a few folk around here knocked some off, geez, they sure need it
