The jews that the nazis rounded up in Germany were, for the most part, German citizens.

Foreigners who are in this country illegally are not US citizens and are not entitled to the same legal protections that citizens are.

Pretty big difference I think. Undermines the comparison quite a bit.

And of course there is a pretty big difference between getting put on a boat, plane bus, etc. for a ride back where you came from, and loaded into a boxcar headed for Auschwitz.
