Ok Bot, is she racist? She blamed her e-mail scandal on a black man, what else could it be?

Who knows, has experience in, and meets certain requirements.

Only two people apply.

Which one do you hire?
The one that meets, the Company, requirements?

Rather clear, if you hire the person, who MEETS ALL the Company Requirements.

Forget this racist crap. What Trump and a number of Black intellectuals are saying is, that after Blacks have voted about 90% Democrat for the past 50 years, where has it gotten them? Where are the Black entrepreneurs? Other than Ben Carson, where are the Black doctors, lawyers, accountants, judges, scientists? Sure we have a Black POTUS, but what has he done for his race? Obama's election proved that Black people can get the support of whites. Why are over 60% of Black babies born to single mothers? Why is the vast majority of the Black community either in poverty, or on the brink of it? Why are over half of Black males between 18 and 25 either in jail, awaiting trial, or on probation or parole? Why is a large percentage of the Black community either on welfare or food stamps? Why is the high school graduation rate so dismal for Black youth? Why are Blacks killing each other in Chicago and other major cities?
It's clear that the policies of the past 50 years just haven't worked to raise the Black community into what whites enjoy. It's time for a real change, away from entitlement, welfare, failing schools, lack of family values, criminals and pimps being seen as role models, and all of the other issues that have sunk so many Blacks into where they are today.
This isn't racist - it's reality.
I grew up in a mixed area of town in the 1950s. My Black schoolmates came from two parent families, did relatively well in school, weren't thugs or drug dealers. My Black wide receiver on my high school football team, and the Black center in front of me were my best buds in school. The center still is; tragically, the wide receiver was killed in Vietnam.
Again, this isn't racist - when we were kids we were just kids, unaware that we weren't supposed to like each other and get along because we were Black or white. That is BS.
So, after 50 years, if I were Black, I'd sure be ready to try something else; wouldn't you?
As you may tell from this diatribe, I get worked up about this. Black folks have got to quit being different - stay in school, get a further education, don't have illegitimate babies, have a real family, stay married, obey the law, and then enjoy the American dream.

This is sound advice if your genuine motivations were to assimilate. I don't believe many groups have any intention of joining the main stream part of society. As for the American dream, I believe it is out of reach of the vast majority of most people.
