Sometimes the Police just happen to be where you don't want them to be.

When I was 16 you could ride your motorcycle on the street with a learners permit. You were not supposed to be on the State Highways or riding a passenger.......but I was and I did.....and just as I passed the Ohio State Highway Patrol - my bike ran out of gas and I had to pull over as I didn't get the petcock switched over to RES fast enough. There was no chase involved, as I was a sitting duck!

I got away with a warning........

Someday I will be old......But not today!
