That's it the dual carb street tracker, that bike will be in my dreams tonight! And not in my garage anytime soon! Gets pretty pricey pretty fast with that options list. Im not good with options lists , I want them all.
What is it they say " In for a penny , In for a pound ". No more cookie cutter bikes for Ruttly !!!

Bah! I got a 650 tracker like that, a S40, cost me $2900 and a few months labour and some parts!
Maybe just as fast.

speaking of Triumphs, I'd like that new 'street twin' if it wasn't so expensive. We need more bikes that style, from Suzuki, with 650 singles!

I bought a new Triumph seat at a swap meet for $75, now I gotta figure how to mount it. I've seen those photos too!
The Triumph America is way too heavy for me. Looks nice though.

My friend in Cincinnati just bought a new Bonneville, and picked it up Saturday. He said the 1,200 cc engine was incredibly torquey, and smooth, and that it is a very nice size and he can get both feet flat on the ground! The dealer can't keep them in stock, and most bikes are sold while the day they arrive and are still in the crate.

Dave: I've seen on another site that 1200 bonnies are sold out. Weird, can remember when 650/750 nortons and bonnies, then cb750s were the biggest available, and they were fast. 1200 just seems so over the top. Times have really changed!

It seems that there are a few Bonnies that are in transit and not promised - but as soon as they hit the dealership they are sold almost immediately.....and evidently the two-tone cranberry and silver models get snapped up in a hurry.

My niece's husband just purchased a new Bonneville in Pennsylvania and had to wait for it and pay full list price.
Something I noticed on a Sunday biker's meet for coffee that I go to, next to Harley the Triumph bikes are the greatest number present.
Kind of reminds me of 1960.
