Front footpeg torque spec?

I tightened the front right footpeg mounting nuts that hold the exhaust shield to about 30 ft-lb. Is this right?
I don't want to crush the case...

I could look it up for you....but then the next time you need to tighten something you would have to ask again
Go to the Tech Section of this forum, look up the Table of Contents, and find the chart for the torque specs.

Ahh... Well I feel dumb now. Didn't know there was a torque spec page and here I am asking all the time... Well thank you for the feedback.

I've been through the Tech section a bazillion times. I don't think I ever opened that page!

There's no problem that a full tank of gas and a sunny day can't fix!

I keep that chart in a plastic sleeve attached to the outside of my tool chest with a magnetic clip. Along with a couple torque conversion charts.
