I'm almost totally hopeless with computers, other than web surfing
I have one password that i use for all my 'social' forums (savage, S wing, tiny home, vandwellers) another for my banking (I only use that from work, their security is far better than mine) another for my email
I am suspicious any time the screens I see deviate from the norm, though
in fact, any time I see a different screen from my bank, I call to ask if they changed the website's log in page (they probably have a betting pool)
mostly though I just let the sites automagically log me in, except for banking
