I can not vouch for its authenticity, as it has been argued that he never said it, taken out of context, or a conglomeration of his many remarks targeted after the United States.
I think it can traced to the 60's, regardless of arguing if he said it, or not, but golly, look how canning the realization of this remark is unfolding, as America moves towards tyranny .....    

Makes me sad for all those brave souls who shed blood, and those that gave more, for freedom, from societies that have no qualms about killing others to promote their ideologies
