I try and do two miles minimum walking every day, it has really helped increase my overall health, and I know it has helped with the weight lost. We hiked on some of the wooded trails in your area, and it was a very nice vacation (we were very careful not to step on any of the Oregon Slugs while hiking).

I live on the east side of Washington state(Tri-Cities). It's mostly a desert on this side of the Cascades - at least in south eastern Washington. Thankfully there are three rivers running through it. I'm planning a trip this summer to get back over there.

I find the same to be true for me, not so much ferngully, which is too one sided and political (your kid is being brainwashed by environmentalists, all lumbering = bad) but the kid's movies tend, today, to be more original, creative, and well thought out than a lot of the adult movies
