Cronyism and Populism advance to the Super Bowl
04/29/16 at 06:44:03

A great paragraph from Mark Steyn

So, barring the intervention of the FBI and the Justice Department into the Democrat primary, the United States presidential election this November will offer voters a choice between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. It's what it is and where we are. This year's primary campaigns were the semi-finals: On the Democrat side, socialism lost to cronyism. On the Republican side, constitutional conservatism lost to populist nationalism. Cronyism and populism advance to the Super Bowl. Deal with it. They're the only two teams left. Pick yours.

translation: Business as usual (status quo)

Quote:
Idol/hero worship is a social phenomenon where false perceptions are created, worshipped and used for self promotion in political and societal propaganda, usually reserved for children and those with mental handicaps. The outcome of these campaigns result in enslavement of their target audience.

Alice: Get dry?
Dodo: Have to run with the others. First rule of a caucus race, you know.

Go political party, beat the opposing political party!!!

Your political party sucks.

No, your political party sucks.

Well my political party has fixed a lot more of the economy jobs taxes crime wars, etc.

Random fact about my political party that makes your political party insignificant.

Random fact about the personal life of one of the politicians in your political party that has nothing to do with the politics, but is still insulting!!!

This is where I tell you my political party member was acquitted of all rape/molestation/murder/corruption/embezzlement charges.

*Shakes fist* darn you and your opposing political party, puppet!!!

And ron Paul pointed out that the ideas of Hillary and Don are essentially the same. I'll at least feel better seeing Hillary out.

It is a sad scenario  Embarrassed

But something has changed.
Will it gain strength and become a force?
I believe so.

What is not sustainable will fail, we can argue why, but it changes nothing
