It is not a part that you can order.....and if you found a damaged carb I am not sure you can get it out without damaging it. The tube is made from very thin brass.
Maybe you could find a pen ink barrel that is nearly the correct size, solder the end closed and then drill a similar sized hole through the solder plug.
That's a possibility. Clean up the inside diameter of the broken piece in the bowl. Find a piece of brass that fits in.
Unless it's tall enough to fit a piece on the outside. Then, go there.
How is the part held into the carb?
Be careful about plugging the passageway that it feeds.
The beauty of the moment is, it's thoroughly fudorched. A piece of delicate and creative repair work is called for.
You Could save it.. but it's gonna take some creative thinking and a careful touch.
