Who is the racist ? We are not the one using the word "Hate". There is only one race , that being the human race , all the rest is just different cultures. It's human nature to like/dislike to love/hate and everyone is guilty of that so don't lie to us or yourself cause your guilty too ! I think the difference is some speak it and some don't . When you write two scenarios in this context, one implicating cheezy, stereotypical, Stepford-Wife style, upper-middle class whites and the other includes a talk of hoodies with an overt, likely intentional omission of details, why shouldn't I assume you've started a PC poke?
