Any local graphics shop can make a vinyl print. You just have to be careful now you clean them, maybe get a clear coat on them to protect the ink.
Most can take a .jpg picture and print in onto vinyl and they charge per amount of color and size.
There will probably be some kind of "setup" fee or some such also, so if you plan to repaint later or prepare for an "accident" when one gets damaged, I would have them make a few, or at least two more than you need, it would be cheaper than having them redo it in a year or two.
And if you mess up putting one on, you will have an extra

www.militarygraphics.com , not sure if they still exist, but you could check into it and ask them if they can do yours. The charged me like $1 a an inch for a graphic I had them make for my Ninja 300.... it was a large air force star and bars... only cost me $14
