Uh huhh... that certainly explains why so many cam chains need attention Prior to actually failing to meet specs. Which Advanced Suzuki technology is he talking about? The bike is unrefined, harsh, simple, I bought mine new, kept inside, pampered, and rode the snot outta the thing. It required maintenance. Tool time versus ride time, at first, wasn't so great. By twenty thousand miles, seems it was sorted out. Didn't think I would ever ride again, sold it.
Anyway, a Smooth single? Yeehaa, it's counterbalanced. It's, to me, the Essence of riding. Minimal BS , you, machine, go. Handling can be weird. One sweeper I liked, the exit speed was dictated by the suspension. Between 65 and 70, handlebars started oscillating back and forth,, but I kept trying.
In short, IF the bike WAS everything the ad Says it is, there'd be a Bunch more of them on the streets..
