Seem to me...

Horsepower is how fast you get there, but Torque is the amount of rubber you've left.

OK, I have a question. If we have so much low end torque, why will my back wheel not spin out on dry pavement when gunning it from a stop?

I don't believe DJ did anything other than jetting, some intake filter mods, some exhaust mods.

The thing you should pay attention to......is that the DYNO sheet shows that the Savage engine is making a lot of torque by 2,500 rpm.....and the torque is strong from 3,000 up to 5,000 rpm.

Multiple cylinder engines don't make toque at those low  revs. (unless it's a diesel).
