Yep.....the advertised "sleeps" photos show the people lying shoulder to shoulder. I really can't imagine that would work for anyone with gear.....or needing to go visit the bathroom a few times each night.
I looked at the website for the campground, and it appears in the Tent Area 1 I can likely get my car and trailer near the campsite. Tent area 2 is for motorcycles only. If that is so, it will be easy for me to just jump in my trailer to sleep.

Trying to reserve a spot in the bunkhouse for the 21st, but can't get a answer on the phone. I'll try e-mail.

OK.....somebody hit the "lock" button, and make this forecast permanent!
If anyone else wants to come for a day or two....this looks like a "good weather" trip!

Well look at the bright side...you will most likely not get any bugs splattered on your face shield in the training!

How about a one week out roll call, who is going to try to make it? I'm in, arriving Thursday evening and leaving Sunday morning.

I will be arriving really early Thursday morning. I am leaving right after my Council meeting, and that usually results in my arriving about 1 - 2 AM on Thursday morning. I will go to the KSL first thing Thursday morning and get the campsite rented, my car and trailer parked, and my bike unloaded. I expect to be reading to go riding before noon.

Arriving Friday night around midnight-ish (in my truck with the bike). Ride all day Sat and as long as you all can ride Sun, then drive home late Sunday night.

I'm leaving Thursday morning for the KSL , about 5 hours latter I'll be looking for Dave's trailer/tent to unload my gear .
So are we in a cabin or Two tents --- one big tent ---- do I even need to bring a tent ?
I'm planning to ride the Savage.
I've also been informed of a birthday party in Leesburg AL. I have to attend Sunday afternoon. Its 181 miles one way. Could be a day ride ?
