Redryder652 Full Member Offline SuzukiSavage.com Rocks! Posts: 179 Bergen County, New jersey Gender:	Valves 02/02/16 at 13:18:10 I've got 12k on the clock, just did the tensioner mod, and the bike has never had a valve adjustment, how often should they be? Should I have had my first one already?

That doesn't mean they will need an adjustment every time but at 12K yours are overdue for a look. The instructions in this link are excellent. And is it likely? Btw I'm getting it done by my local guy, I'm not comfortable doing it myself.

Posts: 179 Bergen County, New jersey Gender:	Re: Valves Reply #7 - 02/02/16 at 22:44:45 I just attempted putting a .003" feeler gauge in between the exhaust tappets and valves, I was able to get it in them but they were tight. I guess I'm almost sort of lucky. It's going to the shop in 2 days anyways. The intake side I didn't even check.
