That is a great article that you posted, and it proves why I can still walk and ride a motorcycle when at least a third of the people my age cannot even back away from the dinner table on their own.
I have always known that the key to maintaining one's mental health is sunshine and a motorcycle screaming down a rural road. Now there is evidence that long term riding will keep me in the physical condition to get on the bike to keep my mental health intact.....LOL

gotta disagree with backing the bike up being like doing 600 lb leg press though
that's like someone who's pushed a car equating it with pushing a Prowler (heavy push sled) it's not even close
