Quick easy question:
Gas tank emblems on a 2006 - held on with 3-M emblem tape???  Any suggestions for easy removal?  Thanks

You might try some dental floss.

Pull it in on one side.....and keep sawing away until you have gotten all the way to the other end.  It most likely will take a few replacement pieces of floss until the job is done.

dental should be good, it'll depart a little wax on the bonding surface to keep it from sticking.  But I might give it a spray of wd40 just to help it along.

I believe whats been recommended before is fine monofiliment fishing line.

go on you tube and look up removing emblems from cars.  They show how to heat it and use a fish line.

Someone that understands what real Sum-R-Teeth are...

When we lived in Arizona 99% had Sum-R-Teeth. (Some r green, Some r black and some r missin)

Must be a no dental floss state.

I use floss in the shop. Pulling a wire to replace, small stuff. And it's nice to have, in general. Something jammed between teeth grows by the second.
