I got it......

I think  Cheesy

In a moment of fleeting lucidity I thunk this.
Why do liberals view theology as a failure to rational outcome of thinking.....
It's because their ideology is in conflict with it.
They see God as not real, but their God is man made as opposed to a divine one.
Believers answer to a higher calling, or do we should anyway  Embarrassed
And they believe they know what's best.

They use laws to enforce their beliefs, ISIS uses destruction and mayhem. Sorry, that was effect and not really on the same scale  Kiss

I don't see where being 'liberal' might determine one's views on theology, or vice versa.  Huh

In American politics the more one leans to the left, the father they go from the traditional Christian base.

The practice of religion by clerics is a means of control of man/woman.

They see God as not real, but their God is man made as opposed to a divine one.

83% of Americans identify themselves as Christians.
Conservatives don't make up 83% of America...

Oh but they do, that is why we turn to a higher power free from our toxic self.
And yep, we ALL fall short of that glory, however, we acknowledge that, where ideology by its very name believes it stops with that ideal.

According to Merriam it's a study in Gold's laws, I use it in that context.
Ideology would be a science too, I believe in the manner you want to assign theology, for both take belief to prove, yet, neither can ever be fulfilled until the end of its usefulness, which will then be factual.

Not to evangelize, but if I am wrong as a believer, it has served me well, keeping me from being s bigger selfish jerk snap than I already am. If those who put their faith in another form are wrong, can they claim the same?
The question was retorical as I nor anyone prove it until that day the earth ceases to support mankind.

"They see God as not real, but their God is man made as opposed to a divine one. "
.....................................................................

So 'liberals' have a god that is man-made?

Hmm....where does it say "thou shalt stereotype"?

Dude, you is late to the party or what?
Bot already cited a study that would prove my summation in error. I didn't check the vorcity of that study, nor did he provide a link, but upon reflection I think I know personally some proof to its claim.
