Yeah.... my tushy isn't bad, wife still likes to pinch it, and we are coming up to our 30th anniversary so that's not bad either, and in California it is illegal to leak oil -- but when we get old we *all* have parts that are bad.
Not everyone, but many:
In your 40's you need glasses to read. (At 68 my distant vision is starting to fail.)
Back, knees, shoulders, hands, just about everything starts to ache. If you wake up without pain, you are dead and you found out that *is* an afterlife.
25-50% of old farts need hearing aids, but you still need earplugs when riding the highways.
I have heart disease, an Ejector Factor of about 22% which means I cannot walk quick without considerable pain. And I had a stroke that left me with Aphasia (a disorder that impairs understanding of language, hearing and reading, and speaking and writing -- oh fun!) Others of my peers have had the fun of chemo to stop/check a cancer, their own strokes, and one gets to enjoy dialysis.
Or you can cheat the pains -- by dying. "Suicide is Painless" -- theme for the movie/TV series M*A*S*H.

it brings on many changes
and I can take or leave it if I please.
...and you can do the same thing if you choose.
So far, I am willing to continue. I can still ride, and I am willing to attach a sidecar if I get too wobbly.
