Otherwise, it's just a machine "riding" a machine. Really it's just one machine being controlled by a human.

I think it's great. Imagine if All the riders were identically skilled.
Then the race is a comparison of equipment.
Then hand riders (equipped with a pulse ) The same bikes, as evenly tuned as possible.
And, have races like this. With factories spending fortunes to create the best machine they can. And the crash that was avoidable, WAS,avoidable. But that's racing.
