Have a bulk of the design stuff worked out, just need to iron out frame and "shiny stuff, bling" aesthetics.

The sweetest boardtracker I have seen is the one in the following link. it showed up at First Thursday bike gathering a number of years back here in Minneapolis. Think about this one and you could probably do the same with our engine.
