Seems Chicago is blaming it's woe on the previous administration,
, which, has always been held by the same party, and, where Obama rode around his bike on training wheels....
I too think it would be grand to grant my children's every whim, heck, would they not think I am a grand father then?
I can only think of one problem with it, only one....

Individuals, cities, states, even nations , CAN go bankrupt.
We ARE, if an honest accounting were done, I believe that we are bankrupt.
Admittedly, $18,000,000,000,000.00, and that number just keeps growing. That's not including the unfunded liabilities, and don't even start with the most insane investment vehicle of all time, the Derivative. When that pile unwinds there is gonna be an economic disaster.
What countries aren't in debt? If EVERYONE is in debt, then to whom?

I owe Row fifty
Row owes Versy fifty
Versy owes me fifty

Is there a cartel to whom everyone is in debt?

How can anyone believe it's all just a long, sad series of mistakes? IF it's just ineptitude, then the Law of Averages says once in a while they DO something that DOESN'T screw us.

To expand their business.

Now, it would cost, More money, because they are doing Good.

What If, you CUT OFF, 1/2 their Business. Now, what would be the selling cost. ????

You got it. The CITY, is making a DIVIDER, on the road that Fonts those 4 places, which means that those 4 places, can ONLY get 1/2 the traffic, they did before. Now what is their land worth ????

ALL PAID FOR, by the CITY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(And ALL the Taxpayers of that CITY)

Gee, ya , 'think', the, 'Left Hand Dollar', to the City Council members, is at play here ??????

Sure, at times this seems folly as the the physical grows. To our reasoning it appears just the opposite of death, yet, an infant could succumb that very day, correct?
Man is inheritantly evil when left to his own accord, thus we make laws thinking that is the repair, ha.....
Laws might deter but do they change a mans heart?
America is no different, and it will succumb to its own desires.

This should be of no surprise to you and the blame is all of ours, for who among us can boast he loves his neighbor more than himself?
