I cleaned the carburetor getting gas i replaced the ignition coil, i replaced the igniter box. And still no fire to the spark plug i can touch it and no shock to me. The bike will crank crank but not even trying to start i have no other odeas what to do. Need help on a first time cruiser. Ive been around dirt bikes all my life so im handy at working on a bike. 1st things first dont hold the spark plug to see if its firing  Grin and secondly dont get me started on igniters was the one you replaced not working or did the bike not have one when you bought it. Is the igniter you have now a new one?

It was the only way to see if it had spark. But the one on it was the original. But i bought one used froma running bike. And still nothing. Everything on the bike electrical works on it but the bike just wont fire up

These bikes are notorious for special behavior like yours if the battery is low.  It'll have enough OOMPH to turn the starter over for a good while, but won't spark at all.  Put the battery on a trickle charger for a day and try again tomorrow.  If that doesn't work, have it load tested. It's probably dead.

That's a good guess but if it was either of the safeties, the starter won't turn.  built in confirmation.
and if you got lights, you got power to the ig circuit too.

I don't like the way it's wired, but that's the way it is.

I think someone said if one fuse is out, power would be out to the CDI, but I haven't confirmed it.

Yeah what he said it would allow enough juice to the starter put not to the coil. Also the wire coming from the kickstand was completely burned up

Did you use a volt meter to see if you had power to the coil?
What did you do about the burned up wire?
That one visible place where you see damage may not be all that is messed up.
There is a link to the Clymers manual and a tech section post that explains where it's wrong.
Throwing money and parts at something sometimes works, but usually ends in costly frustration.
