Louder ticking at specific RPM

Just had this tuned up and everything appears to be alright. Sometimes I get on it and it is nice and sewing machine. Other times at specific RPM it seems really loud. Posted videos, hopefully it helps.

You can hear it really loud just above the tank. Please let me know what you think I should do.

When i had it services they drained my Rotella T and put some other stuff in. Maybe draining the crud and putting the good stuff back in may help.
