Top Triple for standard bars & fork mod?

Anyone know of another triple that has open holes so the forks can slide through the upper triple, AND will also take risers for upright handlebars? I don't the the stock lower triple can take mounts for upright bars, same with the Ryca one. I need a top triple that has pass through holes for me tracker. And the stock upper cannot likely be modded to take pinch bolts either (in my opinion). Thanks -D

The stock triple is nice and clean, but being able to slide your fork stanchions through to tweek both look and steering geometry would be invaluable.
