No drug test, c'mon, we still have do process....

Punishment should be more like roadway maintenance or graffiti removal type stuff, maybe even mandatory trade school to become armed to provide for themself

Many years ago, I worked at a 'hardware/value' store.
Right accost the street their was a big Food Store,
to the left their was a 'Bar'.

Every month, first Tuesday, was, 'Food Stamp', day.
(Long before their were the fancy, CC 'Like', things)

Their was a STEADY, Stream, of people, going from the, 'food' store,
to the 'BAR', with a bag, and they walked OUT of the, 'Bar' with a much smaller, 'bag'. (Kinna Long and narrow)

And that Friday, that, 'bar' had a 'HAM' feed !

Let's see, (at that time), a average Ham cost 9.00, and a quart of Windsor cost 5.00)

Exactly! Make them prove a need. I work with a guy who is lazy to the point of sleeping on the job. Then he complains about not being paid enough. Sometimes he doesn't come to work. He's in the food stamp line!
