The point is, ‘Guns’.  In the hands of people.

When I said, ‘you’, ‘implied’, the ‘criminal’, was a honest Citizen.
I felt that you, did, ‘imply’ that.
 By stating his, ‘right’, to have a firearm.

Because, IF,  ’that’, moment, that that person, committed that crime,
it was the Very First time that person did, commit a, ‘crime’.
He, did, have the, right.

If he had committed crimes before, (and was caught/punished)
that, ‘right’ would be removed.
(So Many Laws in the USA on that,
and many of those laws, are un-inforced)

One cannot, simply guess, what someone is going to do.
Who would have, 'guessed’, a German Pilot was going to commit Suicide,
and kill 100’ s of other people in the process.
Who would have, ‘guessed’, a Sweed, rowed to a island,
and went on a shooting spree.
Who would have guessed, some newspaper Artists, would be shot,
in a country where individual firearms are Very Severely limited.

Now, lets offer one more, scenario.
Let’s say, All guns are banned, their is non,
no one has one, (good guy or criminal).

Now their is a, ‘bad guy’,  who rapes/steals/kills.
(Remember, No One has a firearm)

How, would the removal of all firearms,
stop that person, from doing that crime?

The point is:
Removing firearms, from honest Citizens,
does NOT, stop, ‘Crime’, being committed by, DIS-Honist People.

And a popular believe is.
Remove firearms, from, Honest Citizens,
then their will be less firearms, for the criminal, to steel.
While  the, ‘criminals, illegally gotten firearms supply,  drys up.

Of course, the above, is dependent on,
No firearms being illegally brought in to this Country,
and the 1,000’s+  People that know how to make one, do not do it.

Every Criminal, will know, they can do what ever they want,
any time, any place.  
Because, the honest Citizen, can do absolutely Nothing about it.
