50/50 acetone and transmission fluid, best penetrating oil around.
Few drops, tomorrow, tomorrow, no hurry.
P.S., Transmission fluid eats paint.

I don't know about the transmission fluid.....but the Acetone is a very strong solvent and will dissolve paint, plastic, epoxy, vinyl.....just about everything!

I use a ZOOM spout oil. If some goes where I don't want it, wipe it off, all good.
I use a metal can. Acetone evaporates. When the Zoom oil container shows acetone evaporation, and it will, I add some, but I keep a mixture in a can.
Leave the spout fully extended and capped, minimizes evaporation.
